Sand Hill World Parks

Gulf Associates joined Sand Hill Parks in 2005 to promote its newest and unique sports activity park projects, Sand Hill Parks Middle East, throughout the Middle East and Asia. The Sand Hill Parks are dedicated to sand activities, including sandboarding, downhill sandskiing, dune buggies--free driving. The Parks incorporate concessions, water activities, competitions, memberships and restaurants.

Allegiance Capital Corporation

Gulf Associates Agreement with Allegiance Capital includes the global development of Labor Housing Vessels (refurbished ships, providing mobile labor dormitory housing at seaside construction projects). Several are currently sold and operating in the Middle East. The Allegiance relationship also includes unique commercial and residential buildings throughout the United States and Canada, as well as specialized financing.

Gulf Associates has had 65 years of telecommunications and Internet involvement in the Middle East. GAI has agreed with Noozz.com plc (U.K.) to identify strategic investor alliances in the Middle East and Asia. The web site, www.noozz.com, provides up-to-the-minute online information on diverse aspects of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, U.A.E., Kuwait, Qatar and, imminently, India.
